Terms of Service for ClosetX

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the “ClosetX” mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). This App is operated by Sichuan Origin Matrix Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE APP.

2. User Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• Authentication: To access cloud features, you must sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. User Content & Cloud Services

a. Cloud-Sync Model The App provides cloud synchronization. Your wardrobe photos, outfits, and notes will be uploaded to our secure servers. You acknowledge that an active internet connection is required. b. Ownership You retain ownership of all User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content (including AI processing) solely to provide the services to you. c. AI Processing By using AI features (e.g., Background Removal), you acknowledge that results are generated by algorithms and may not always be 100% accurate.

4. Fees and Subscriptions (Pro Membership)

• Service Tiers: We offer Free and Pro versions. Pro features include advanced AI tools, increased cloud storage, and premium styling features.
• Payments & Automatic Renewal: Payments are processed via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, depending on your device. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage your subscriptions or cancel the auto-renewal at any time through your account settings:
  • For iOS users: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
  • For Android users: Open the Google Play Store > Tap Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their specific refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to store or transmit any content that is illegal, pornographic, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
• Reverse engineer the App or use automated scripts to scrape data from the service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service Availability: While we strive for high availability, the App and Cloud Services are provided “AS IS.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from data loss, service interruption, or reliance on AI processing results.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the user’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
